Terms of Service

1. Using Roomsglow

Roomsglow is an AI-powered interior redesign tool for renters. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use Roomsglow. If you are under 18, you should use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission.

2. Credits and payments

Each redesign consumes one credit. New visitors receive one free credit. Additional credits can be purchased in packs. All prices are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Credits are digital goods and are consumed immediately upon generating a redesign.

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, your credit will be refunded automatically. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider; we do not store your card details.

3. AI-generated designs

Redesigns are generated by AI and are provided for inspiration only. We do not guarantee accuracy, feasibility, or that any suggested furniture, colour, or layout will suit your specific room, rental agreement, or budget. Always verify suitability before making any physical changes or purchases.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Roomsglow to generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. AI-generated redesigns are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share them, but you may not resell, sublicense, or use them as the basis for competing services without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roomsglow and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions you make based on AI-generated redesigns, purchase of suggested products, or modifications to your rental property.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where they cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Roomsglow after changes constitutes acceptance.
