What we collect

When you use Roomsglow, we collect:

• Room photos — images you upload to generate redesigns.
• Account email — if you create an account or link an email address.
• Usage data — anonymous metrics to improve the service (e.g. which styles are most popular).

How we use your photos

Your uploaded photos are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate redesigns. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them for advertising purposes. Photos are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to provide the service.

Third-party services

We rely on the following services to run Roomsglow:

• Supabase — for authentication, database storage, and file hosting.
• Payment provider — for processing credit pack purchases (we do not store your payment card details).
• Amazon — affiliate links in "Shop the look" may direct you to Amazon marketplaces. Amazon operates under its own privacy policy.

Your data rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the Australian Privacy Act 1988, including:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
• The right to correct inaccurate or outdated information.
• The right to request deletion of your data (see below).
• The right to object to or restrict certain processing.

Requesting deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at support@roomsglow.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm once complete.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and restrict access to production systems. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no online service is 100% secure.
