Refund Policy

Digital credits

Roomsglow credits are digital goods that are consumed immediately when you generate a redesign. Because of this nature, we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been used.

When we do refund

We will refund or restore credits in the following situations:

  • Failed generation — if a redesign fails due to a technical error on our end, your credit is refunded automatically.
  • Duplicate charge — if you were accidentally charged twice for the same pack.
  • Not as described — if the credit pack you purchased was materially different from what was advertised.

Australian Consumer Law

This refund policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a credit pack has a major problem, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. If the problem is minor, we will fix it within a reasonable time.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under consumer law, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@roomsglow.app with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
